Machine-made sandwich panels for cleanroom enclosures, available in eight core types—EPS foam, silicon-rock composite, magnesium oxysulfate, hollow MgO, MgO rock wool, polyurethane, composite foam and rock wool—for walls, partitions and ceilings. Hand-made panels can also be fabricated to customer requirements.
The following are eight major machine-made panel series. Selection can be tailored to fire rating, thermal insulation, acoustics, strength, cleanroom class and budget. Final specifications are subject to the project selection sheet and relevant test documentation.

A lightweight metal-faced panel with foam core, offering good thermal insulation and convenient installation for walls and partitions in general clean areas.

Uses a silicon-rock composite core to combine insulation, structural stability and flame resistance for clean spaces with comprehensive enclosure-performance requirements.

Uses a magnesium oxysulfate core with characteristic spindle-shaped cavities, balancing panel weight with strength, acoustic performance and enclosure performance.

Uses MgO board to form a hollow core layer, providing a flat, durable and easy-to-maintain surface for cleanroom walls, partitions and ceiling systems.

Combines MgO layers with a rock-wool core for strength, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation and clean enclosure performance in demanding areas.

Metal-faced polyurethane-core panel with excellent insulation and sealing performance for cleanroom enclosures requiring tight temperature and humidity control.

Machine-made metal-faced panel with composite foam core, balancing low weight, insulation and durability for standard cleanroom enclosures and partitions.

A metal-faced rock-wool-core panel providing good thermal, acoustic and basic fire performance; a common enclosure panel for cleanroom projects.
As the primary wall and ceiling enclosure material, cleanroom panels should be selected according to fire resistance, moisture resistance, cleanability and other application requirements.
Provide the fire rating, cleanroom class, thickness and budget, and we can recommend a suitable panel system and quotation.
